Jessa decided to give herself her 2nd haircut. Last time it looked ok, just some layers in the front.. this time didn't turn out so well. She wants long hair like Rapunzel, so Stephen decided that it needed to be cut off so she would get the idea of leaving it alone so it could be long... and he would do the honors.
