SO exciting!!

We put an offer in on a house! We are so excited. It has 11 acres, 5 shares of water and 2 houses on it. The houses are a little bit older, but the one we are going to be living in is in good condition and is CLEAN. That is my biggest issue, sound structure, sealed and clean :) It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and a BIG kitchen :) The yard around the house is planted with grass and has a lot of very established trees surrounding it. The biggest excitement is that we offered $80,000.00 on it and they accepted! Now to make sure that it qualifies for the loan and so forth, we could be moving in by February :)
